Cornwall has always felt like a second home to me. My mum is Cornish, and I’ve spent my whole life visiting Cornwall and Falmouth, so I’ve grown up with a real appreciation for the communities here. I would love the opportunity to contribute to a station that plays such an important role in local life. Recently, I’ve had the chance to sit in on several breakfast shows with Simon, Nat and Jen, which has only strengthened my interest in this particular slot. The breakfast show format — with its mix of music, local news, and guest conversations — feels like the perfect fit for my skills and interests. With family and friends across Cornwall, as well as connections through my job in St Mawes and my studies at the University, I believe I could bring in a wide range of guests to discuss local stories, events, and community projects.
