John Bailey has lived in Moston for over 30 years, just retired from Co-op Bank, John presents the 60’s Jukebox Friday nights 7pm -9pm. In the show he plays large hits, small hits, non chart records, B sides and requests. If you would like a request of a 60’s track, email 60jukebox@gmail.com and it will be played. John also promotes local sport fixtures including Manchester Rangers Rugby Team and is a season ticket holder at FC United of Manchester. John has had a varied career, he has worked down a Mine, was employed for 2 years at Belle Vue, worked in Chemicals and worked at Mather & Platt. Having also had a passion for music and sharing it with an audience, John first wrote to Radio One in 1968 to become a DJ. John say’s “it took him till 2015 to fulfil his dreams” where he now produces and presents a weekly radio show here on North Manchester 106.6FM!!
